This is the time of year that whenever theres a break from the "traditional british summer weather" the delicious smell of barbecues start wafting over from neighbours gardens, and picnic rugs line the lawns of every park in town.
Everyone has their favourite dishes - we like to make a huge bowl of tabbouleh and another of greek salad for a BBQ and always try to take a whole watermelon to a picnic.
